How to Use Argan Oil
For Skin
- Warm 2–3 drops between your palms and press into damp skin.
- Use morning and night in place of, or under, your moisturiser.
- Mix 1–2 drops with foundation for a natural, dewy glow.
For Hair
- Smooth a few drops through damp ends to reduce frizz.
- Massage into scalp as a weekly treatment, leave 30 minutes, then wash out.
For Body
- Apply after showering on slightly damp skin for lasting hydration.
- Blend with sugar for a natural exfoliating scrub.
How to Use Prickly Pear Seed Oil
For Face
- Apply 2–3 drops at night as a serum.
- Gently press into areas prone to fine lines (under eyes, forehead).
- Use under your SPF in the morning for antioxidant protection.
For Brightness & Repair
- Pair with a jade roller or gua sha for lymphatic drainage.
- Layer with Argan Oil: apply argan first for hydration, then prickly pear for barrier support.
How to Use Culinary Argan Oil
For Drizzling & Dressing
- Drizzle over couscous, roasted vegetables, or grilled fish.
- Use as a nutty base in salad dressings.
For Dipping
- Mix with honey for a simple Moroccan dip.
- Serve with warm bread as an appetiser.
Tip: not for frying — keep to low heat or cold uses to preserve nutrients.
How to Use Amlou (Almond, Argan & Honey Spread)
Traditional Use
- Spread on fresh bread or pancakes.
- Enjoy with mint tea as part of a Moroccan breakfast.
Modern Twist
- Swirl into porridge or yoghurt.
- Use as a natural, energising dip for fruit.
