Tichka Shipping & Delivery

At Tichka, all orders are carefully packed and shipped from our base in Galway, Ireland 🇮🇪.

We currently deliver within Ireland only. International shipping will be introduced in the future as we expand.

Standard (2–3 working days) - €6.00
Express (1–2 working days, tracked) - €14
FREE Standard Shipping on orders over €60

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped..

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to postal service volumes or unforeseen circumstances.

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us at info@tichkastore.com with your order number and we will assist you.

We use protective, eco-conscious packaging wherever possible. All glass items are carefully wrapped to ensure they arrive safely.

We do not currently offer local pickup, but we hope to introduce this option in the future.
