We want you to be completely happy with your Tichka purchase.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original sealed packaging (especially for cosmetic or culinary items).
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used cosmetic or culinary products unless the item is faulty.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@tichkastore.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or faulty.
- Once approved, we’ll email you return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
When we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll receive an email update on approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If the item is opened, used, or not in resalable condition, we’ll contact you with next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@tichkastore.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos to verify the issue and will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different product, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used cosmetic or culinary products
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless faulty)
