4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to buy. Orders are only confirmed once accepted and paid in full. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

All prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Additional shipping, handling, or customs fees may apply.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Ireland. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. While we aim to dispatch promptly, delivery may be delayed due to courier issues or customs.

Once an item is dispatched, the risk passes to you. Please ensure your shipping details are correct.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Cosmetic and food products must be unopened and unused due to hygiene and safety reasons.
